Founder of Wine now monthly, the Chinese wine magazine, in 1998, Lau Chi sun is a wine journalist and consultant. He judges in international wine competitions, including Vinitaly, Royal Melbourne show. Since 2002 he was appointed as a wine consultant to Cathay Pacific Airways. He is also wine consultant to Grace Vineyard, China. Besides writing for his own magazine, he also hosts wine dinners, and as speakers for various wine companies. His published books including Wines of Italy 1997, 2008, and also a book matching wine with Chinese food, Heavenly Match.
